How does the free trial work?

We will have you submit up to 20 photos, and using those photos, we’ll design 4 pages (two 2-page spreads).  To give us a try, add the “free trial” to your cart, then checkout.  You will receive an order confirmation via email that will also have the instructions on how to upload your photos.  Within one week, you will receive the watermarked designs.

How do I order?

Add the type of album (wedding, baby, senior, etc.) to your cart, then check out.  Once you’ve paid the deposit, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your photos (you can upload them or send a CD/jump drive).  If you decide to send in a CD or jump drive, please be sure you send a backup (but full-resolution) copy.

I would like to be very involved in the process.

No problem!  Because each of the albums are custom-designed, you can be as involved as you would like.  Before we get started, I will have you fill out a form stating your main preferences, but then you can also fill out a form with more specific preferences.  Of course, I am also available by phone or email to discuss your project.  There’s also a proofing process.  After the initial design has been completed, the album will be emailed to you.   You then have a chance to request any changes.

I’m not very good at this…can you just put the album together?

No problem!  You can be involved in the process as little or as much as you would like.  We’ll have some basic questions for you to see if there’s a certain style you like best, but after that, we’ll go to town designing your album.  You still will get a proof of the album after the initial design and can request any changes at that time.

Can text be added?

Of course!  Many times we get requests for names, or in the case of baby albums, for the birth date, length, weight, etc. added.  Please let us know what you would like added.  You will see a place to indicate this on the project form.
